Our family business is an affordable meal delivery service that offers
a wide range of menus to our clients in Topeka and Lawrence, KS, and surrounding communities.
Our meals are cooked fresh specifically for you using
the best available ingredients, no preservatives, low sodium, high fiber, good fats, as well as natural and local ingredients
when possible. All of our pre-cooked meals are delivered frozen and have been
designed and tested to freeze and reheat to fresh-cooked quality. We
deliver 20 or more meals during each service, so you do not need to schedule your days around delivery of your meals.
We are experts in delicious healthy cooking and can help you meet your weight loss goals or medical requirements.
