		<description>One of our friends and clients pointed out that even something as simple as drinking more water is not the right medical decision for everyone.  Some people with heart conditions are directed by their medical professionals to not drink too much water.  So, whenever considering a diet change, please consult your medical professional.  Neither Angela or I are licensed dietitians or nutritionist and we do not prescribe diets or lifestyle changes.  We can however share what as worked for ourselves and our clients, to give you more information when choosing changes in your own lifestyle.

		<description>I&#039;m impressed with what I have just learned, simply reading your journals today.  I didn&#039;t realize that caffiene impacts calcium (which explains a lot about my elder aunt&#039;s calcium deficiency) but I DO know how important water is, amd have started carrying MY water bottle around, too.  I may not run to the tap to get a drink, but if I have the bottle on my desk, or in the room near me...I&#039;ll drink it up!  Thanks for sharing!</description>
