Our personal
weight loss plan, that focuses on a varied diets of good real food in controlled portions, has helped dozens of individuals.
We have also prepared meals for clients who follow; Weight Watchers (we are very familiar with their points system),
Adkins, South Beach, Dr Cohen (from Topeka's Preventive Medicine Associates) and have helped many clients find a maintenance
diet after extreme weight loss with the help of local medical professionals.
Magic Meals offers
two levels of weight loss support.
Our monthly Weight Loss Menus provide you with an assortment of healthy
home cooked fast-food meals to use on those busy days when you don't have time to prepare good real food are
are tempted by fast food. We offer these low cost Weight Loss Menus at least once each month.
These menus change monthly, but you can see a sample menu here. To get on our mailing list of weekly menus, just send us a quick email and you'll start getting the menus within 10 days. When you see one you like, just email or call us and we'll
get your delivery scheduled so you have healthy home-cooked meals ready for your busiest days.
The second level
of support we offer is much more inclusive and customizable to your chosen diet and your personal tastes. Our
Weight Loss Plans are not for everyone, but if you've tried to diet on your own again and again maybe it's time
to get someone to help with you with the actual 'doing' part of dieting.
Our Weight Loss Menu
Plans are each a 12 week commitment. During those twelve weeks, we expect that you will lose
12 to 24 pounds* and reach the end of the plan with the knowledge and skills to keep that weight off and continue to
achieve your goals. We offer three levels of this plan starting as low as $5.34 per meal (that's less than the fast-food
that has made so many of us overweight!). Two levels of this plan include class time to give you the knowledge
and skills to maintain your new lifestyle for a lifetime. Details of these plans can be found below. * We make no guarantee of weight loss but expect to see you be successful if you are
over weight at the beginning of the the twelve week meal plan, eat our food regularly, make smart snack choices, and exercise
sensibly. You should consult your medical professional before undertaking any effort to lose weight.
Our standard weight loss menus
range from $99 to $185 (individual meals as low as $4.63). We offer these standard weight loss menus at least
