This meal package contains 7 breakfasts, 7 lunches, and 7 dinners (21 total meals) of the leanest meals from this week’s menu, individually packaged in appropriate portions to meet your lifestyle. This package is designed to provide most of your meals for 1 week.
You have two options with this package.
Option #1 is for a 1,500 calorie per day meal plan. Breakfast and lunch meals are about 300 calories each. Supper meals are about 500 calories each. Remainder of calories are available for between meal snacks.
Option #2 is for a 2,000 calorie per day meal plan. Breakfast and lunch meals are about 350 calories each. Supper meals are about 500 calories each. Remainder of calories are available for between meal snacks.
