We have experience menu planning and cooking for:

We are not medical professionals, but we have the background to work closely with your chosen medical professionals to meet your goals.  If you have a diet, we can usually find a way to make following it easy and tasty.

While this plan is slightly more costly, you have complete control of your menus.  During our initial visit at your home or over the phone, we will complete a food questionnaire with you to determine your medical restrictions and food tastes.  We will then email you a proposed menu.  You can review that proposal and make any changes you like.  We feel that living on a restrictive diet is difficult enough without having the added challenge of eating meals that don’t appeal to your personal tastes.   When considering the cost of this meal plan, please consider the medical cost of not following the diet recommended by your medical professional.  Most find our service very affordable in the larger picture.
